These Terms of Service govern your use of the FormaDeskCo website and purchases made through our store. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies.

Store use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity, or interfere with its security or operation.

Product information

We aim to describe products, dimensions, compatibility, colors, images, and availability accurately. Screens, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and supplier updates can cause reasonable differences. Check the selected variant and fit information before ordering, and contact us before checkout when a missing detail determines compatibility.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, information appears inaccurate or fraudulent, a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error is identified, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices, available payment methods, taxes, and shipping charges are shown at checkout and may change before an order is placed. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, account, recipient, and address information.

Changes and cancellation

Contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Once processing or shipment begins, a change or cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping, returns, and order issues

Processing, tracking, split shipments, delivery exceptions, duties, and address issues are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, damaged or incorrect items, missing parts, faults, evidence requirements, and unauthorized returns are governed by our Refund Policy. FormaDeskCo does not offer a blanket 30-day change-of-mind return, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, fulfillment, delivery, analytics, reviews, and other functions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked for convenience.

Intellectual property and customer content

FormaDeskCo brand elements, original text, graphics, and website content are protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal shopping and information but may not reproduce or exploit our content without permission. Content you submit must be lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and free from malicious code.

Disclaimer and liability

Products are provided for their stated practical use and are not medical devices or professional ergonomic treatment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FormaDeskCo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for operational, legal, or service changes. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. These terms are governed by applicable law, and mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
