Shipping policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026.
This policy explains how FormaDeskCo processes orders and how delivery tracking works. Product-specific information shown on the product page or at checkout takes priority when it is more precise.
Order processing
Processing begins after payment and order checks are complete. The time required depends on the product, destination, fulfillment location, carrier, and sales volume. An estimated date is provided for planning and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
If an item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we may contact you about an appropriate alternative, wait for restock when reasonable, or cancel and refund the affected item.
Separate packages
One order may be divided into multiple packages. Items can leave different fulfillment locations or be ready at different times, so each package may have its own tracking number and delivery date. A split shipment does not create a second charge for shipping already confirmed at checkout.
Tracking information
Tracking is sent to the email or phone number used at checkout when it becomes available. A new tracking number can be created before the carrier records its first scan, so allow a few days for activity to appear.
If tracking has not updated for seven days, or shows a delivery failure, customs hold, returned package, or another abnormal status, contact FormaDeskCo with your order number.
Delivered but not found
Confirm the shipping address, then check safe places, household members, neighbors, reception, or the mailroom. Contact the local carrier and allow 24–48 hours after the delivered scan before requesting an investigation, unless there is clear evidence of loss or theft.
Address changes and cancellation
Review the recipient name, street, unit number, postal code, and phone number before payment. Contact us immediately if something is wrong. Once an order enters processing or shipment, we cannot guarantee an address change or cancellation. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed package may be deducted from any available refund where permitted by law.
Duties and import charges
Taxes and shipping charges available to Shopify are shown at checkout. Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may be charged by local authorities or the carrier and may be the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Delivery or product problems
For damaged, incorrect, incomplete, faulty, or missing orders, keep the item and packaging and review our Refund Policy before contacting support.
